Gather Information and Data
Once your dealership has decided to participate in the ADP Total Dealer Spend Analysis, your ADP representative will work with you to set up the necessary appointments with various members of your dealership staff. Presentation of Analysis
Once your analysis is complete, your ADP representative will set up a time to review our findings with you. We will give you all the details relating to your spending across every area of your dealership, based on the input provided during the interviews.
Recommendations to drive more profit in your operation
We will also make recommendations in each area of your dealership where we feel you could reduce redundant costs by consolidating or even eliminating certain third-party vendors. In addition, we’ll discuss ways your dealership can increase productivity, revenue, and most importantly, how your entire operation can start driving more profit to your bottom line.
